Refund & Return Policy

At Ultimed Nutrition, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Our refund and return policy is valid for 07 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if 07 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be posted.
  3. Contact your bank for processing times.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for covering your own shipping costs for returning your item, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

For high-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
