How long before I receive my order?

You can return an unused item in its original packaging for a full refund within 7 days of delivery. Your replacement item will be shipped once the original goods have been collected.
Are returns possible for this order?
We do not have a refund or exchange policy. However, we provide a hassle-free return policy if you are dissatisfied with your purchase.

Will I be charged for shipping?
The standard delivery fee is 199 rupees. Shipping is free for orders over Rs. 2500.
Is international delivery available?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International orders incur delivery fees.
What payment methods do you accept?
We offer Cash on Delivery (CoD) service across Pakistan. We also accept payments through Jazz Cash and online bank transfers.
